TOO “RAU PETROLEUM”

We engaged in the exploration, production, processing and sale of various types of oil, gas and liquid hydrocarbons and has gossan oil and gas industry. Rau Petroleum Company is one of the largest private vertically integrated oil companies in Kazakhstan bringing together research and sales, exploration, drilling, trading and production units, oil refining, gas processing and marketing. Today, TOO “RAU PETROLEUM” is a modern, open, dynamic company heavily investing in the construction of new and upgrading of existing facilities and planning a diversified development of the production base in central Kazakhstan to improve the efficiency of natural resources utilization and increase the production of petroleum products meeting the highest quality standards by implementing the most cutting edge deep conversion processes.  Having chosen the main area of activity – Crude oil production, Storage and warehousing of oil and oil products, Gas pipelines, Oil (associated) gas production, Natural gas and gas condensate production, the company is developing steadily. In recent years, quite a wealth of experience has been accumulated in the development of mineral resources.

The Company is committed to the rational development of natural resources, production of modern, environmentally friendly fuels and reduction of the environmental footprint. In pursuance of the TOO “RAU PETROLEUM” 2022 Strategy, we are implementing initiatives that will allow us to enter the first quartile of international oil and gas companies in industrial safety, occupational health and environment, and also to develop human resources and contribute to the integrated socio-economic development of the regions, fully responding to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The main goals and objectives of TOO “RAU PETROLEUM” are the reserves replacement at the level of no less than 100%, efficient production at brownfields and its growth through starting up new projects, creation of new off-shore production hubs, development of technologies and introduction of the world-class project management practices, monetization of gas reserves and competitive production growth, optimal refining configuration and selling Company’s products at the highest profit. Successful performance results of TOO “RAU PETROLEUM” in 2018 confirm the efficiency of applied strategy, significance of identified priorities and allow to forecast further stable development of the Company for the benefit of its shareholders.

TOO “RAU PETROLEUM” carries out prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons, the company’s production units are fitted with advanced equipment and technologies, the full range of necessary work independently.

Our Business Model  are based on the board of director development strategy for a consistent year-on-year growth, while maintaining its position in terms of commercial viability. The energy we provide enables human progress daily, while we combat carbon emissions and reduce our environmental footprints.

The main resource asset of TOO “RAU PETROLEUM” and the promising goal of increasing production are significant oil reserves with high viscosity (HVO). The HVO field development project is implemented with the support of government agencies, research organizations in Kazakhstan and the city of Moscow.
