Our business career model is based on the principle of effective vertical integration in order to create added value and ensure high sustainability of our business by diversifying risks. The development of processing and marketing allows the Company to reduce its dependence on high price volatility and strengthen its competitive position by producing and selling products with high added value. TOO Rau Petroleum is one of the major producer and supplier of petroleum and petrochemical product in saratov region in Kazakhstan federation and the main career activities is production facilities for domestic and international marketing.

The company is focused on development of a step-by-step personnel motivation system as part of which the following local regulations have been developed and are applied: Collective Bargain Agreement, Regulations on incentives for the company employees as agreed upon with the company Board of Directors, Regulations on the «Best Professional» review contest, Regulations on mentoring and «The Best Mentor» contest, Regulations on labour saving activities, and others

 

HR Policy

Based on the production needs, TOO RAU PETROLEUM Refinery organizes training of various categories of staff: workers, professionals, managers, involving, engaging to this end both highly qualified in-house specialists and external trainers. In 2016, more than 260 people received external training. The key learning service providers include the following institutions:
